There's a huge amount of guns and weapons for you to use in Apex Legends. They include including the best pistols, shotguns, assault rifles, sniper rifles, SMGs and LMGs. You can’t try them all. To save you time, in this guide,
we’ll be looking at the best weapons you can get your hands on in Apex Legends.
Apex Legends Best Guns
Assault Rifles
The R-301 Carbine is one of the first weapons you’ll encounter and it’s a decent fully automatic, high accuracy assault rifle. Damage-wise, however, it falls slightly short and does around 14 to the body and 28 to the head. It does, however, fire the quickest to compensate. Much like the Hemlock, you can boost this gun’s performance with barrel, mag, optic, and stock options. If youwanna unlock more weapon skins, you can come to

Sniper Rifles
There are four sniper rifles to get your hands on in Apex Legends. There is a clear winner in this category: the Kraber .50-Cal,the second of Apex Legends’ legendary weapons, the Kraber holds a lot in common with the Mastiff. It’s powerful. Its scope can cover both six-times to eight-times in terms of distance and it can output 125 damage to the body and 250 to the head. Much like before, with a fully armoured foe having 200 health, the Kraber can put a real dent in any Legend.
Pistols
Apex Legends currently has four pistols. Personally, I like the Wingman best. It does boast the lowest clip-size and fire-rate of the all the pistols with six per magazine but can deal damage of 45 to the body and 90 to the head. Crikey.
Shotguns
There are four shotguns in Kings Canyon. They are The Mastiff,The Peacekeeper,The EVA-8 Auto, and The Mozambique. All of them are meant for close quarters combat, with minor different stats difference. For example, The Mastiff is more powerful, while the EVA-8 Auto fires faster. You can choose based on your own playstyle.
SMGs
The Alternator SMG handles similar to a pistol. It fires slower than other weapons in this category but has significantly better aim and stability, compared to the R-99 which strays quite a bit.
The Prowler Burst PDW is technically an SMG but it also doesn’t spray as wildly as the other two, making it better for longer ranges.
LMGs
Finally, let’s take a look at the LMGs. Apex Legends currently has two light machine guns.
The first LMG is the Devotion, which requires a focused aim to be effective. Devotion has a huge 44-round magazine that empties quicker the longer you hold the trigger. It uses energy ammo, which can be hard to find.
The M600 Spitfire actually does more damage per bullet than Devotion and is easier to handle. It’s a fully-automatic LMG with high accuracy and pretty decent damage. It also has a faster than usual reload speed for a weapon of this class. It’s a decent nod to the Call of Duty Spitfire SMG.
