MiHoYo has revealed that Genshin Impact's PS5 version will launch on this April 28, which will bring some new features to this new update, including 4K resolution, quality texture and time loading accelerated.

 
 

In addition, this version 1.5 update also brings back the five-star land element (Geo), Zhongli, as well as two new characters named Eula and Yanfei. KompasTekno from BlogPlayStation, Sunday (18/4/2021).
 
Version 1.5, dubbed Beneath the Light of Jadeite, will also be arriving alongside the game’s PS5 release. Version 1.5 will give players another chance to unlock the Geo-character Zhongli along with two new characters: Eula, the captain of the Knights of Favonius Reconnaissance Company, and Yanfei, the half-human legal advisor.
 
Eula is the captain of the Knights of Favonius Reconnaissance Company and a five-star character. Ynafeil uses a claymore and an Elemental Skill called Icetide Vortex. She also uses an Elemental Burst that deals AoE Cryo Damage that also creates a Lightfall Sword that follows her around. When dealing damage, Eula charges the Lightfall Sword until it explodes dealing out even more damage.
 
After announcing the update earlier this month, developer MiHoYo revealed the release date of the new-gen version on the PlayStation Blog. Studio technical director Zhenzhong Yi confirmed that the native PS5 version will arrive April 28 sporting faster load times, 4K output, and improved textures – a significant upgrade over the PS4 version played through backwards compatibility, which is already boosted to 60 FPS. Naturally, PS4 players will be able to carry their account over to the PS5 version without losing any progress.
 
Another enemy worthy of introduction is the Abyss Lector: Violet Lightning, a new enemy from the Abyss. Unlike the Abyss Herald introduced in Version 1.4, the Abyss Lector prefers to use ranged attacks and wields the power of both Electro and Hydro. If that isn’t enough to deal with, some of its attacks also deduct Elemental Energy from the player.
