If you are not familiar with MDI, please imagine a professional World of Warcraft player team, each team is competing to complete the final game raid content as quickly as possible. The top teams compete for points that can be promoted to the MDI Season 1 Global Finals, while also competing for a share of the US$20,000 (USD) prize pool per cup. In order to enter each cup, the team will need to prove with more than 200 other teams in the time test, and finally eight teams enter each cup. Just like the MMORPG of the triathlon: the team must always be ready to adapt to various challenges and obstacles to test its teamwork and efficiency to the absolute limit.
 
Once all four cups are over, the top six teams based on total points will advance to the first season of the global finals, competing with the first two teams from China for the MDI global championship title and their share in the finals. $300,000 (USD) prize pool!

Season Format
Time Trials	Teams practice and record their best times on three dungeons on the tournament realm. The fastest 8 teams move onto the broadcast.
MDI Cups	Eight teams face off head-to-head in a best-of-three, double-elimination broadcast. Teams earn prize money and MDI Points for competing in the cups.
Season Finals	Eight teams make it to the online global finals at the end of the season where USD $300,000 will be up for grabs!
